Here is a special order, 10’5 Hansen surfboard with a 2-inch balsa “T” band stringer with a matching tail block, hand shaped by Don Hansen.  This board is all clear foam throughout with the classic glass on white “D”fin.  This board was pulled from a private high end collection and ready to find a new home.   When it comes to Hansen Surfboards, Bill Thrailkill was a shaper for Hansen from 1965 -69 and shared a letter with us explaining what the production numbers mean and how you can tell who shaped the boards.  Please see his letter in the photo gallery and thank you Bill for sharing.  Bid on this board to ride it, hang it, or simply do both.  At 10’5 taking a wave in nobody will get in your way.
