Here is a Custom Greg Noll Fain’s Formula II. that is all clear throughout.  It has the classic late 60’s Greg Noll logo on the bottom with a gorgeous transparent removable blue fin.  What most people don’t realize is that “Surfer Johnny Fain was Miki Dora’s Malibu nemesis; yet when the shortboard revolution hit the surf scene in 1968, Noll turned to Fain for his signature short model, the Formula” pg. 100 in Greg Nolls book “The Art of the Surfboard”.   Johnny Fain quotes also on pg. 100 “I was tired of guys with lesser ability having models, I was one of the best in the Malibu area – on any given day maybe the best.  So, as soon as I won Hermosa, I went to Greg and said, “Miki failed to remove me from the beach……”.
