Description:   VERY RARE CALIFORNIA CHALLENGER “BUMP”.  100% ORIGINAL!   NO RESERVE!

                        FIRST TIME ON THE AUCTION BLOCK!!!!!!

Hailing from Pacific Beach California is this very rare Challenger “Bump”.   Challengers are on the rarer side to begin with, but to get a Challenger Bump come our way is exiting.  The deck is all clear with slip check on the nose.  You can see there was a rectangle sticker in the middle of the slip check that we took off to see the foam, and as you can see its snow white.  Below that you can see the multi color label “Surfboards by Challenger Bump”. The Bump logo is off centered which from what we learned was a Special order or Competition board.  It has a ¼ inch redwood stringer with serial # 1841 in the foam by the stringer on the bottom of the board down by the fin.  The fin is original but as you can see it was modified.

Challenger surfboards are well known amongst collectors, especially in California.  This board hung for decades in Surf Central Surf Shop and is now offered for sale at NO RESERVE!!!!
