When it comes to perfection, and attention to detail is paramount in restorations of Greg Noll / Mickey Dora Da Cats, there is one person that stands out above the rest, and he is Master Craftsman’s Randy Rarick.  This full restoration is a 1 of 1 in color combination.  You will not find another like it in the world.  This board is a masterpiece of design from when it was made in 1966 to its restoration.  The oval paisley design on the nose of purple and blue is mesmerizing and compliments the black throughout the board.  It is accented with white pin lines on the rails as well as in the channels on the bottom.  A board of similar oval design is in the “Ultimate Guide of Vintage Surfboards and Collectibles” on pg. 120 where there is a picture of Greg and Mickey walking into the water at Sunset Beach. This is a later second generation Da Cat with an original removable fin.
